Nighttime.

Tonight, my world looks like this.

 

 

 

I’m thankful that nights that feel warm, even in the face of the brutal cold.

I’m thankful for a Husband who makes the best fires.

I’m thankful for late afternoon naps on the floor by the fire.

I’m thankful for dozing next to Christmas lights.

I’m thankful for the smell of pine overwhelming my senses.

I’m thankful for this time of year where twinkly lights shine bright even on the darkest nights.
